What's the deal with peppers?!

My biggest annoyance with the pickled peppers you find on the grocery store shelf is the inconsistency!

Here's a good one, the perfect size, but now this is too tiny.

This one is mangled and smushed.

That one is mostly hard chewy stem.

Blegh!
